If you feel stuck or lost - in your emotions, relationships, work, or behaviors - you don’t have to wait until it gets really bad to ask for help.
Typically, when you start to question whether or not counseling would be helpful, you’re probably ready to see a counselor.
Here are some helpful self-assessments to determine whether or not you may need counseling around certain issues. Although these tests cannot be considered definitive, they can help you better understand yourself, as well as help you find a way towards recovery, healing, and empowerment to change.
